Yoga
There are two Yoga classes available in the hall, run by Rita and Yasmine
Rita Lewis , Yoga Alliance trained, 07766 025119
- Monday evening 7:00 till 8:15
- One-to-one by appointment.
Vinyasa Flow increases strength and flexibility while aiding stress release.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners; all ages are welcome as we can practice Yoga safely throughout life with careful practice, which is encouraged in this class.
Yasmine Orlando
Yasmine is a qualified and experienced yoga facilitator, teaching Yoga Flow, Gentle Yoga, and Children's Yoga Workshops. Join her regular weekday classes on:
- Wednesday evenings Yoga Flow: 5.45-6.55pm
- Friday mornings Gentle Yoga: 9.00-10.10am
- Friday mornings Beginners/Level 1 Yoga: 10.30-11.30am
