Personal Training Sessions by Michal Stein,
Michal is an experienced Personal Trainer, with pre and post-natal adaptation qualifications.The sessions increase muscle tone, strength and bone mass, as well as a short HIIT element to build up fitness.
The sessions are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and experience, as exercises and equipment are adapted for each participant. They are limited to 8 participants and are 45 minutes long.
